Friendly staff, nice rooms, great meals only a bit pricey.

Our Minnow Cabin was an eclectic and beautiful space. The wood work in the cabin is lovingly created and maintained. The whole cabin was very clean. With a full kitchen and very comfortable armchairs, it was a great place. The bathroom is tiny but the water is strong and hot. Its up some beautiful stone steps, definitely need the light at night. Also be aware there is NO signal for phone or laptop - if you need maps, make sure you save them offline or print them before going. We loved it - will definitely be back.

The room was clean, comfortable bed and good amenities. Staff were helpful, easy check in and check out.

The property itself was okay. It was clean. No tea towels or cloths provided for washing up. The main issue that makes me give this a lower rating was the mix up in booking the property via word. The main reason I booked Strahan bungalow was because it suited a group of five people. Apparently I hadn’t made it clear there were 5 of us when I booked and the price I was quoted did not include all 5 of us. So I was charged an additional $90 on the day for 3 beds. This was not communicated to me, I saw it on my credit card. Clear communication would have been appreciated. Usually booking a property for 5 means you can have 5 people stay! So take care when booking to make it clear how many people are staying as it might be cheaper to stay elsewhere!
